Storm the Cassoulet

Clam Dip

1  8 oz. block of cream cheese
1 can 6 1/4 oz. minced clams (reserve 1/4 cup liquid)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbs. Fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs. dry minced onions
salt & pepper to taste
Mix clams, reserved liquid and remaining ingredients until well blended; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
